You’re invited to join Brittany and Kathleen for
“Nourish + Restore: A Winter Day Retreat.”
Take the day to rejuvenate and reconnect by way of extended restful asana practices, space to create with your hands, and time spent connecting with like-minded souls within your yoga community.
Begin your day with a warm welcome at The Kula Collective. You’ll snuggle up with a blanket and mug of tea, enjoy a light snack, and get to know fellow participants and teachers. Head downstairs where Kathleen will lead you through a calming 90-minute Guided Stretching + Deep Assists experience.
Enjoy a healthy lunch before getting creative in a make-and-take essential oil workshop, led by Brittany. Blend your own essential oil creation, then infuse your blend into a personalized eye pillow, handmade by Kula teacher, Becca.
After the workshop, cozy up in-studio with your oil blend and eye pillow for a serene 90-minute Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra practice, guided by Brittany.
Give yourself the space to pause and recharge. Come alone and meet friends, or bring them along to enjoy this day together.
This day retreat includes hot tea, lunch, snacks, and all supplies needed for the two workshop experiences. All private classes included in the retreat are for retreat participants only. Wear cozy clothes and socks, and bring a water bottle and your yoga mat.
